This Terms and Conditions Agreement sets forth the standards of use for The Candy Shop Box.com (the “website”). These terms govern your access to and use of the services and The Candy Shop Box, LLC websites, and any information, text, graphics or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the websites (collectively referred to as “content”). Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms.
You are responsible for your use of the website, for any content you post to the website including your name, email and physical address, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be held in confidence and will not be able to be viewed by other users of the website and will not be shared with third party services and websites. You may use the Services only if you can legally form a binding contract with The Candy Shop Box, LLC and are of legal age (18 years old) and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. We retain the right to change or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice. The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the website, queries made through the website, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by The Candy Shop Box, LLC on the website are subject to change. The Candy Shop Box, LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside The Candy Shop Box, LLC’s control. By creating a user account, you agree to receive communications from The Candy Shop Box. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the website or endorse any opinions expressed via the website. You understand that by using the website, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. Under no circumstances will The Candy Shop Box, LLC be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the website or broadcast elsewhere.
The Candy Shop Box, LLC will not sell or market your information to third parties without your consent. We may from time to time market our own goods and services, but you will have the option to opt out of those marketing materials
Changes to Subscription
Your purchase of a The Candy Shop Box, LLC monthly subscription is a month-to-month contract and may be canceled at any time prior to billing. The bill date of the monthly subscription will occur every month on the date the subscription began (the date of checkout) until cancelled by the customer. We may change the price of the subscription after providing all subscribers 30 days notice. To cancel or change the subscription, you must contact us via The Candy Shop Box.com (the website) or via phone. All requests will be handled within 3 business days Monday through Friday.
If there is any dispute about or involving the site or service, you agree that the laws of the State of Utah, USA, shall govern the dispute.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and should be reflected on bank statements within 5-7 business days. If a refund is requested on a quarterly or annual subscription, the remaining months of the subscription will be refunded less the cost of the boxes received at the monthly rate of $19.95. If a cancellation and/or refund of a monthly box order is requested, it must be requested at least 3 business days before the scheduled shipping week per the shipping calendar to be eligible for a refund or cancellation. If you did not receive your order or your shipment was damaged, it must be disputed within 3 business days of shipment tracking reflecting delivery to qualify for a refund. Free and promotional items are not eligible for refund or replacement. The Candy Shop Box LLC is not liable for items damaged or stolen if left outside and not retrieved immediately by recipient.
In accordance with the State of Utah, Department of Health and Human Services, regulations regarding the return of uneaten food, The Candy Shop Box LLC does not accept any returned items as they are food products and cannot be restocked or resold. Returned or rejected shipments are not eligible for credit or refund.
The Candy Shop Box LLC only ships to the continental United States, and for a slightly higher fee to Hawaii, Alaska and all Canadian Providences. We do not ship to any African country. Orders placed from any African countries will be refunded and cancelled with out any notice.
If your sweets arrive melted, The Candy Shop Box will replace them or refund you the price of the item or items. To be eligible for the melt-free guarantee, you must take a photo of the melted item and send it to customerservice@TheCandyShopBox.com within 72 hours of receiving your box. Otherwise, the items will not be replaced or refunded.
The Candy Shop Box, LLC reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion at any time, to terminate your license to use this Web site, to block or prevent future access to and use of this Web site, and to remove and discard any Postings and Content.
